What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If a cancelation is required by the client, a full refund will be given outside of two weeks from the booking date. Within one week, As You Wish Magical Experiences will retain a fee of $50.00, and within 3 days of the booking, As you Wish Magical Experiences will retain the full amount.
The refund will be issued within 48 hours after As You Wish Magical Experiences is alerted to the cancelation request.

Is there a phone number we can reach you at?

We do not have a direct phone contact. Please contact us through email, or through the website, with your questions. Our Administrative Fairy Godmother will respond within 24 hours.

How do I book multiple transformations?

Accepted Answer

After selecting the first Transformation, you will be asked to fill out all information, including the card number. Once this has been done, at the bottom left corner, there will be an option to "Add Another Service." This will allow you to choose another Transformation.

Do you provide gowns?

Not at this time, but we do provide many accessories for all of our transformations.

How long does a transformation take?

A transformation averages 45 minutes from beginning to end.

Do you have other transformation options besides a Princess?

Accepted Answer

You have the option of becoming a Knight, Pirate, Mermaid, or have a very special Tea Time with Fairy Godmother.

Is there an age limit?

Transformations are allowed starting at 2 years of age.

Why am I being charged for parking?

Accepted Answer

Parking fees are  required at the Swan, Dolphin, Wyndham, Four Seasons, all Universal Loew’s Hotels and Hilton. Therefore, a $35-$45 (depending on resort) charge will be added to the final payment request.

We will be staying at a vacation home that is off property... will you still come to us?

We travel the Central Florida area which includes the Disney World and Universal theme park areas. For vacation homes that are outside of this radius, they will need to be pre-approved before confirmation.

What are your hours of operation?

Fairy Godmothers begin their day at 9:00AM, and take appointments until 4PM. We do offer extra magic hours from 7AM-8:45AM, and 4PM-6:00PM. If you are interested in our Extra Magic hours, please reach 
We like to give our Fairy Godmothers well deserved holidays off. There will be no transformations scheduled the following days:
	-New Year's Eve & Day
	-Easter Sunday
	-Memorial Day
	-Fourth of July
	-Labor Day
	-Thanksgiving Day
	-Christmas Eve & Day

Is there anything extra I can purchase to enhance my experience?

Absolutely! We offer an assortment of crowns and other items which can be discussed upon request of appointment.

What if my child has known allergies?

By booking with AS YOU WISH Magical Experiences you accept full responsibility for any allergic reactions, or allergies to hair gel and makeup. If your child has any allergies, it is the responsibility of the parent to advise your Fairy Godmother with advance notice so she is prepared prior to the transformation

How much does a transformation cost?

Pricing ranges from $105-$135 depending on the transformation type selected. You can find individual pricing on each transformation page here.

Will you come to our hotel room?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide a service where we are able to come directly to your hotel room or vacation home.

PayPal is the conduit that is being used and is preferred, but other payment options are available. If you have further questions regarding our payment policy, please contact us for more information.

Do your Fairy Godmothers accept gratuity?

Gratuity not included in the pricing.  Our fairy godmothers accept and appreciate tipping.

What the best way to prepare for our transformation?

Children should have dry, clean, brushed hair, and in their gown/costume upon our arrival.
